Marianne Holman, CPM, CAPS is the Owner  of On-Site Focus, LLC.  Her professional background includes  over 26 years of management and training for many national  property management companies.  As the former Regional Vice President of a major REIT,  she conducted the management oversight for over 5,000 units in Michigan.
 
Keeping active and current with industry events, she is a member of IREM, NAA, an Advanced Training Instructor for the NAA,  the Chairperson of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association Education Committee and is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of Michigan. 
 
She has completed Fair Housing Advocate training with the Fair Housing Center of Southeastern Michigan and is a recipient of the 2009 Leadership Award, granted by the Fair Housing Center of Metropolitan Detroit.
